Seniors Handbuilding Class

Date: Wednesdays, starting September 9 Time: 11:30 AM Duration: 4 weeks Instructor: Kelly Level: All experience levels welcome We call it our seniors class, but don’t worry, we don’t check ID. This 4-week handbuilding class is designed for anyone looking for a relaxed, supportive way to spend more time working with clay. Students will explore handbuilding techniques while learning the many facets of working with clay, from building and refining forms to surface decoration, glazing, and understanding the full process from wet clay to a finished piece. Kelly will guide students through projects while leaving plenty of room to work at your own pace, develop your own ideas, and build confidence with the material. The class runs Wednesdays at 11:30 AM in 4-week blocks. The first session begins September 9, with another 4-week session continuing in October.
