Pepperoncini Italian Pepper Seeds

Approximately 25 open-pollinated, non-gmo, and pesticide free heirloom sweet banana pepper (Capsicum annuum) seeds per packet. Italian heirloom. Grow to 3-5 inches with a thin, sweet skin with a kick that is great for pickling, salads, and pizzas. 100 to 500 Scoville Heat Units. Heat intensifies the longer they stay on the plant. Compact plant that maxes out around 36 inches. Can change colors as they age. Start seeds indoors as early as 8 weeks before last frost 0.25 in into pots. Maintain soil temp between 75-85F with direct sunlight or grow light for germination, 7-14 days. Weather the plant to cold for a week and transplant outdoors once soil temperature doesn't drop below 50F at night. Grows well in soil, containers, or bed. 70 days to maturity.
