Choose your bearing type MAX (recommended) — built for high-load, low-speed jobs like suspension pivots. No cage means more balls fit in, so the load spreads further and the bearings last longer under heavier bikes and riders, hard trail use and high mileage. Standard caged — conventional bearings with a ball cage. Fewer balls, less load capacity, and the lower-cost option — fine for general riding and lighter use.
