Tasting Notes: Floral and sweet with notes of white peach, lemon zest and black tea We're excited to introduce a new washed-process light roast, Ethiopia Ayla Shantawene. This coffee comes from the Ayla washing station in the town of Shantawene, where 725 contributing farmers bring coffee to be processed. As a washed coffee, Ethiopia Ayla Shantawene undergoes a 48-72 hour fermentation, and dried on African beds. We recommend this coffee for pour over, but it shines with whatever brew method you prefer.
