Earth & Resin Amaro

Earth & Resin is a woody, earthy amaro built from vetiver root, pine needles, wattleseed, rhubarb root, gentian root and dried mint, then coaxed into something grassy, resinous and weirdly wonderful. Think of that woody Aesop hand balm. Now imagine drinking it. It starts all forest-floor and fresh-cut green, before rolling into bitter roots, toasted native seed, cool mint and a piney snap that lingers like a walk through the bush after rain. Gritty? A little. Elegant? Strangely, yes. Stir into soda, pour over ice, or mix into an earthy martini. It’s the bottle behind the Vetiver & Pine Martini at Mr. Mills, touted as one of Melbourne’s most interesting martinis by Boothby. As with all of our limited edition liqueurs, this one is bottled in up-cycled spirit bottles collected from bars which we've cleaned, de-labelled and polished prior to filling. Contains precisely 0.0% artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Vegan friendly. Gluten free.
