Niue Honey: Organic Raw Honey 350g

A spoonful of something special from the Pacific. Niue Honey's Organic Raw Honey comes pure and unprocessed from the island of Niue, with a distinctive malt and caramel flavour that's worth taking a moment to savour. Drizzle it over yoghurt or warm porridge, spread it on toast or stir a little into a favourite drink. This certified organic honey is just as welcome in the kitchen, adding a touch of sweetness to dressings, marinades and glazes. Chef Peter Gordon discovered the honey on a visit to Niue and has used it in his cooking ever since. His connection goes beyond flavour: he has partnered with Niue Honey Company to help safeguard the island's special bees through the Pacific Bee Sanctuary. Purchases of Niue Honey help fund the sanctuary's development.
