Fortress Power Guardian Battery Monitoring Gateway

Fortress Power Guardian Battery Monitoring Gateway The Guardian is the monitoring gateway for a Fortress Power battery system, reporting state of charge, voltage, current, and temperature for each connected battery individually over MODBUS, CAN, or built-in Wi-Fi. It's the hardware Fortress Power requires for Virtual Power Plant program enrollment, and it feeds live system data to the Fortress Power Pro and Owner mobile apps. Per-Battery Monitoring: Tracks state of charge, voltage, current, and temperature on each connected battery individually, not just at the system level. Wired & Wireless Connectivity: 1x MODBUS/TCP, 2x MODBUS/RTU, and 2x CAN 2.0 ports, plus built-in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Fortress Power App Access: Feeds live system data to the Fortress Power Pro and Owner apps for remote monitoring. VPP-Ready: Required hardware for enrolling a compatible Fortress Power system in Virtual Power Plant programs, where available. Compact DIN-Rail Mount: 7.25" x 6" x 1.25" and 0.8 lb — mounts inside the electrical enclosure alongside the rest of the system. Renewable Outdoors is an authorized Fortress Power dealer.
