Torque Torpedo Bag

Torque Torpedo Bags are long, soft-sided functional training bags designed for carries, squats, lunges, presses, shouldering and rotational movements. The 5, 10, 15 and 20 kg progression lets users increase resistance gradually, while multiple gripping positions create more exercise variety than conventional fixed weights of similar mass. Multiple integrated handles allow carries, cleans, presses, rotational work and grip changes. Compression-moulded foam technology and a non-shifting load concept are intended to keep the bags predictable in motion. Their soft construction is more body-friendly than metal free weights during shouldering and carrying. Metric/imperial weight identification supports quick selection in shared spaces. The range is differentiated by clearly marked resistance, with weight rather than colour defining progression. The 5 kg model is well suited to beginners, technique, faster circuits. The 10 kg model is well suited to broad general home fitness. The 15 kg model is well suited to intermediate strength-conditioning. The 20 kg model is well suited to stronger users and athletes for heavier carries, cleans and compound work. Weighted training bags can be carried, pressed, shouldered and rotated, giving home users many movement options from soft, compact implements. For athletes and active home users, they can support total-body strength, loaded carries and grip endurance, rotational control, and clean-to-press patterns. Torque Torpedo Bags are available exclusively from Seara across Southeast Asia, with expert guidance on choosing the right resistance, dependable delivery, responsive service and market-leading warranties. The 5-20 kg progression allows a household to build a functional-training set that develops with the user, while the soft multi-handle design makes carries, cleans, presses and rotational work practical without the hard contact points of traditional metal weights.
