A 5ml children's dose provides 59.5mg vitamin C (74% NRV) and 2.5mg zinc (25% NRV). The beneficial effects above are obtained with a daily intake of 10ml for adults and children from 12 years, or 5ml for children aged 3–12 years. Black elderberry We use an extract of black elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.) from the Austrian 'Haschberg' variety, grown and processed to a consistent specification batch to batch.
