Daniel K. Inouye International Airport 100 Year Celebration March 21, 2027 International Garage roof top 9 am-3 pm 100 years, 100 vendors, $100 booth fees. (this applies to the 1st 100 paid vendors) Once our early bird special rate booths are filled, rates will be $150. spaces are 10x10 - vendors to provide their own tent and weights (20# minimum per leg). Vendors must provide an insurance COI (details will be emailed after we confirm your participation) vendors are required to provide a detailed list of products being sold along with a minimum of 2 pictures. All day parking in the structure $39. Hot food vendors will have a designated cooking area. All trash must not be left behind. Higher trucks that will not be able to in the covered parking lot will have to use the elevators to unload/load. Tent set up and fixtures may be unloaded on March 20th 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm. There will be security but 808CNGF along with the State of Hawaii will not be liable for items left overnight. All booth fees are final, no refunds or credits. Fair goes on rain or shine.
