Brillat Savarin
Everyone's favourite triple-cream Brie. It starts out with a slightly chalky interior, that softens up as it ages. Our best-selling cheese, and likely for any other cheesemonger that stocks it, this is wonderfully rich and creamy, and can be eaten with a spoon scooped straight from the wheel. We source our Brillat Savarin from a couple of different producers, depending on the size.
