This naturally processed coffee comes from the Iria-Ini Farmers Cooperative Society, a community of roughly 3,500 smallholder producers farming at high elevations in central Kenya. In recent years, the cooperative has invested heavily in quality, experimenting with natural processing and expanding its ability to evaluate coffees at origin. The result is a vivid expression of Iria-Ini’s renewed focus on careful processing, producer investment, and the long-term potential of the region.
