Visual Comfort Adley Floor Lamp

The Visual Comfort Adley Floor Lamp is a sculptural floor lamp from the Adley range by Suzanne Kasler. Designed with a minimalist, geometric language, it uses clean right angles and a compact footprint to deliver considered task and ambient lighting.Formally, the lamp pairs a slim vertical stem with a horizontal cantilevered arm and a rectangular shade with subtly angled sides. The height is adjustable via a visible locking collar on the stem; the lamp is available in Bronze and Hand‑Rubbed Brass finishes.Built from metal with a low‑profile square base, the composition relies on thin, rigid components and a weighted base for stability. The restrained palette and precise joints emphasise an architectural, long‑lasting appearance. The opaque rectangular shade directs light primarily downwards, making the Adley well suited to reading, desk tasks or positioning over a sofa or side table while the base remains separate. The cantilevered arm allows the shade to reach over furniture without crowding the floor footprint. The lamp carries an IP20 rating for indoor use and includes a one‑year manufacturer warranty. The telescopic stem and locking collar allow straightforward adjustment; please confirm bulb and dimming compatibility when specifying, as these items vary by installer preference. At Lighting Design Online we position the Adley as a design‑led solution for interiors that need focused, calm light. Our advice is practical and project‑minded: we help you pick the right finish and mounting position so the lamp delivers the intended ambience with clarity and professional assurance.
