Yes, one grind for the whole box, from whole bean to espresso. Whole beans hold their flavour; ground coffee fades within 20 to 30 minutes of grinding, so whole bean and a grinder is the better choice if you have one. Will six bags stay fresh? Each bag is at its best from about day 7 to day 30 after roasting. Open one bag at a time and keep the rest sealed, airtight and away from heat. For one person drinking one cup a day, 120 cups is about four months of coffee, so this box suits a household or an office. A solo drinker may prefer The Trio.Is shipping free? Free shipping in Peninsular Malaysia from RM80, and in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan from RM150. Shipper Six clears both.
