When Extra Virgin Olive Oil Meets Christmas We like to think of Extra Virgin Olive Oil not only as a condiment, but as an ingredient in its own right, one that can become part of recipes, meet other ingredients and create new harmonies. This idea gave rise to our Christmas Box, created in collaboration with Gabriele Rocchi’s artisan workshop: a selection designed to tell the story of olive oil through different textures and flavours, while keeping the quality of the raw ingredients and the care taken in every step of the production process at its heart. Sweetness, fragrance, softness and character come together in a selection that reflects our approach to olive oil: an ingredient to discover, appreciate and experiment with. A box to give as a gift or share, bringing with it a little story of Tuscany, craftsmanship and extra virgin olive oil culture.
