Paste Silver Earrings
A long pair of Victorian drop earrings in silver from around 1860-70, set throughout with foil-backed paste. Each earring hangs from a round cluster top. Below it is a bell-shaped section, then a ribbon bow, then an open pear-shaped drop with a single stone at the tip. All the sections are articulated, so the earrings move freely when worn. The earrings measure 8.8cm long x 1.5cm wide at the widest point.
