Dessert Dish - Creme

A small stoneware dessert dish on a raised foot, glazed in transparent gloss and made by hand in Germany.The form is a round bowl on a short conical foot, Ø 11 cm and H 7 cm. The foot lifts the bowl off the table, which makes it a serving piece for one portion: dessert, ice cream, fruit, a dip or olives.Each dish is made from grey stoneware clay and fired at 1220 °C, and the finished ceramic is food-safe. The transparent glossy glaze covers the whole piece, inside and out, and lets the warm tone of the clay show through as Creme.
