Pillar Stoneware Low Serving Bowl
The Standard Affair Pillar Low Serving Bowl is a wide, low stoneware bowl for serving pasta, grains, salads, and roasted vegetables at the table, and one of the timeless home objects I reach for most when people gather around a shared meal. I chose this stoneware serving bowl because it does what good serveware should: it holds a generous, family-style dish without fuss, and it looks just as considered resting empty on an open kitchen shelf. The Pillar collection is designed by stylist Kira Corbin, who founded Standard Affair in 2025, and the stoneware is made with recycled clay. The Standard Affair glaze is subtly expressive, so each Pillar bowl varies slightly from the next. That variation is part of the design, and the bowl pairs naturally with the Pillar Low Entree Bowl for a table set in one quiet, cohesive language. Measures 11.5 inches wide, 2.25 inches tall. Stoneware made with recycled clay Colors: Slate, Oat Care: dishwasher safe and microwave safe Made in Portugal The Pillar Low Serving Bowl is part of Hoppe Shoppe's curated collection of modern stoneware serveware and tabletop pieces for a lived-in home.
