Yuzu miso dressing

This yuzu (Japanese citrus) dressing comes from our friend Kohno-san, who also makes our Hokkai miso. Using his miso as a base, he brews a whole range of flavourful condiments, and this is one of our favourites. It strikes the perfect balance between the bright, citrusy freshness of yuzu and the rich, savoury depth of miso. Drizzle over grilled leeks from the barbecue, blanched broccoli, or a piece of pan-fried white fish.
