Gateron Oil King V2 is a linear mechanical keyboard switch—the component beneath each keycap that determines how a key feels and sounds. Its uninterrupted travel has no tactile bump or click, making it a smooth choice for gaming, typing, and custom keyboard builds.The switch combines a POM stem, nylon PA66 top housing, and Gateron's black INK bottom housing. It is factory pre-lubed to reduce friction, with a 55 ± 5 gf operating force and 4 mm total travel.This is a standard contact-based MX switch, not an optical or Hall Effect switch. Before ordering, check that your keyboard accepts 5-pin MX switches. Sold individually.
