In this hands-on workshop, you’ll master the art of making choux pastry—light, airy cream puffs —then transform them into festive Halloween treats. Think pumpkin-shaped cream puffs, ghostly éclairs filled with whipped cream, and monster-inspired designs. This class is all about combining baking fundamentals with playful holiday creativity. Whether you’re a beginner or a pastry lover looking for something new, you’ll leave with a box of frightfully fun choux creations to share (or keep all to yourself!).
