Marble Lips ring

An intriguing and poetic piece by Macabre Gadgets. Marble lips, darkened with patina, half-forming a kiss, framed in raw, polished silver. People have been greeting each other with a kiss since the dawn of time. A kiss has marked a happy gathering, a tragic goodbye, passionate love, and almost every intimate moment of human interaction. This ring, carefully crafted entirely by hand in our studio, underlines this connection between living human beings. It also offers a different interpretation — a forgotten fragment of an ancient marble statue, full lips forming half a kiss, like a friendly reminder from the past of something that is familiar to all of us. The tenderness and warmth that humans can share across time and cultures.
