DXB Eartips

Nostalgia Audio DXB (Divergent eXpanded Bore) Eartips A Revolutionary Acoustic Horn Innovation Following the highly acclaimed XWB (Extra Wide Bore) eartips, Nostalgia Audio introduces the next-generation DXB (Divergent eXpanded Bore) eartips. Built upon deep acoustic engineering heritage, big data analysis, and precision computer modeling, the DXB breaks through traditional eartip limits to deliver an unprecedented, three-dimensional, panoramic listening experience. Rather than acting as a simple silicone seal, the DXB functions as an active acoustic transducer. Traditional straight-bore eartips create acoustic bottlenecks that trap high-frequency energy, introduce harsh sibilance, and compress the soundstage. DXB overcomes this via a trumpet-inspired divergent horn shape and internal helical vortex walls—guiding sound waves naturally to preserve pure detail, micro-dynamics, and clarity without listening fatigue. Key Features Divergent Horn Outlet: Features a progressively expanding, horn-like exit that minimizes acoustic energy loss. Ultra-high frequencies and harmonics unfold naturally for a grand, three-dimensional soundstage. Helical Vortex Swirl Vanes: Precision-sculpted inner guide vanes route airflow into a uniform spiral path, reducing turbulence and phase distortion while eliminating harsh sibilance for crystal-clear vocals Vibration-Damped Core Stem: A heavy-walled central shaft suppresses unwanted micro-resonances and energy leakage, ensuring deep, tight, and highly dynamic sub-bass transient response. Low-Profile Comfort Dome: Crafted from hypoallergenic, medical-grade silicone using a dual-molded process with a tapered wall profile. Conforms seamlessly to the ear canal for superior noise isolation and pressure-free, long-term wear.
