The mobile suit is instantly recognizable by its striking orange, black, and dark-colored armor, giving it a much more aggressive visual identity than many other ZAFT mobile suits. This new HGCE release has been completely updated with modern Bandai engineering and uses the SEED Action System to provide a wide range of dynamic articulation. One of the most important improvements is the kit's ability to reproduce the Gouf Ignited's signature sword gimmick without requiring parts swapping. The sword can be stored and extended while remaining integrated with the mobile suit. The iconic Slayer Whip is also reproduced with two different configurations. Both an extended version and a bent version are included, while the weapon's heated red appearance is recreated through molded plastic rather than requiring extensive painting. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The HGCE 1/144 ZGMF-2000 Gouf Ignited (Heine Westenfluss Custom) brings one of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny's most distinctive custom mobile suits into Bandai's modern High Grade Cosmic Era lineup. Heine Westenfluss was an elite ZAFT pilot and member of FAITH, known for his energetic personality and distinctive orange-colored mobile suit. His Gouf Ignited was customized with a unique orange-and-black color scheme that immediately identifies the machine as his personal unit. This new HGCE release represents a major modernization of the Gouf Ignited design. Rather than simply reproducing the proportions and articulation of the older 2005 HG SEED kit, Bandai has developed a new kit using current HGCE engineering. At the heart of the new kit is Bandai's SEED Action System, which is designed specifically to reproduce the dramatic action poses associated with the Cosmic Era mobile suits. The articulation throughout the shoulders, arms, waist, hips, and legs allows the Gouf Ignited to achieve aggressive combat stances while maintaining a balanced silhouette. The kit's Beam Sword incorporates one of its most notable gimmicks. The sword can be stored and extended without requiring the builder to exchange the entire weapon or replace major parts. This allows the Gouf Ignited to transition naturally between its stored and combat configurations. Another major highlight is the Slayer Whip. The kit includes both an extended configuration and a curved configuration, allowing builders to recreate different attack poses. The characteristic heated portion of the weapon is reproduced using molded color, giving the effect a vivid appearance straight out of the box. The Shield provides the Gouf Ignited with additional defensive equipment while also contributing to its distinctive silhouette. Combined with the Beam Sword and Slayer Whip, the kit can reproduce a variety of close-combat configurations. The backpack is connected through a standard 3mm single-axis joint, making it compatible with other equipment and accessories that use the same connection standard. This is particularly useful for builders who enjoy customizing and kitbashing their Gunpla. Bandai has also included a dedicated open right hand, specifically designed to recreate the Gouf Ignited's characteristic Gatling firing pose. This small accessory adds considerably to the range of expressive poses available to the completed model. The color separation is handled primarily through molded plastic, reproducing the Gouf Ignited's distinctive orange and dark color scheme while minimizing the amount of painting required. 🔧 KEY FEATURES 🟠 Heine Westenfluss Custom Colors Recreates Heine's iconic orange-and-black color scheme, giving the Gouf Ignited an unmistakable visual identity. ⚙️ SEED Action System Uses Bandai's SEED Action System to provide a wide range of dynamic poses and reproduce the characteristic action styling of Cosmic Era mobile suits. 🗡️ Sword Storage & Extension Gimmick The signature Beam Sword can be stored and extended without parts swapping, allowing the weapon to remain integrated with the mobile suit. 🔥 Slayer Whip Includes the Gouf Ignited's distinctive Slayer Whip with both extended and bent configurations. 🔴 Heated Whip Color Reproduction The red-hot appearance of the Slayer Whip is reproduced through molded color, creating a striking effect without requiring additional painting. 🛡️ Dedicated Shield The large shield is faithfully reproduced and provides a strong visual balance to the Gouf Ignited's asymmetrical weapon configuration. ✋ Gatling Firing Hand A dedicated open right hand allows builders to recreate the characteristic Gatling gun firing pose. 🔩 3mm Backpack Connection The backpack uses a standard 3mm single-axis connection, allowing compatibility with other appropriately designed Gunpla equipment. 🎨 Detailed Color Separation The major orange, black, white, and gray sections are separated through molded plastic parts for a strong out-of-box appearance. 📐 Modern 1/144 HGCE Engineering The new HGCE construction provides improved articulation and proportions compared with the original 2005 HG SEED release. 🆕 Completely New HGCE Design This is a modern HGCE release rather than simply a reissue of the original Gouf Ignited kit. 🧰 INCLUDED EQUIPMENT Gouf Ignited (Heine Westenfluss Custom) main body Beam Sword ×1 set Slayer Whip ×1 set Extended configuration Bent configuration Shield ×1 Interchangeable hand parts Dedicated open right hand Sticker sheet Assembly instruction manual 📦 PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Manufacturer: Bandai / Bandai Spirits Series: Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny Model: ZGMF-2000 Gouf Ignited Custom: Heine Westenfluss Custom Grade: High Grade Cosmic Era (HGCE) Scale: 1/144 HGCE Number: #269 Release Date: July 11, 2026 Pilot: Heine Westenfluss Material: Plastic Assembly: Snap-Fit Plastic Model Kit Glue Required: No Color Separation: Molded plastic parts Backpack Connection: 3mm single-axis joint Stickers: Included Recommended Age: 8+ 👥 PERFECT FOR ✔ Fans of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny ✔ Heine Westenfluss fans ✔ Gouf Ignited collectors ✔ HGCE Gunpla collectors ✔ Gundam SEED series collectors ✔ Builders who enjoy modern HG articulation ✔ Fans of orange-colored mobile suits ✔ Builders who enjoy close-combat mobile suits ✔ Gunpla customizers and kitbashers ✔ Collectors looking to update their older HG SEED collection ✔ Fans of modern Bandai HGCE engineering 🔥 FINAL NOTE The HGCE 1/144 ZGMF-2000 Gouf Ignited (Heine Westenfluss Custom) is an exciting modern update to one of the most recognizable custom mobile suits from Gundam SEED Destiny.
