Domaines Schlumberger Les Princes Abbés Gewürztraminer is an aromatic dry white from southern Alsace.Alsace sits in the rain shadow of the Vosges mountains, which makes it one of the driest parts of France, and the terraced slopes above Guebwiller are steep enough that much of the work is done by hand or winch. The estate holds around a hundred and forty hectares here, including large parts of four Grands Crus. Les Princes Abbés is the range named for the abbots who once owned these vineyards.Serve at 10 degrees with Munster, spiced Asian dishes or a tarte flambée.
