They provide a versatile platform for hikers tackling steep climbs, traverses, and changing snow conditions. 360° Traction frames deliver grip around the frame, while durable steel DTX crampons provide bite on challenging surfaces. This combination helps maintain dependable footing when the terrain calls for precise steps. The Paragon™ bindings feature a freeze-resistant mesh strap that wraps around a wide range of boots. Integrated toe stops guide foot placement, making it easier to align your boots quickly and consistently. On steep ascents, Ergo™ Televators raise the heel to reduce fatigue and improve traction. They engage with a flick of a pole grip. For deeper snow, optional 5-inch (13 cm) Modular Flotation tails add flotation while allowing you to retain a smaller, more maneuverable snowshoe when conditions permit.
