Golden and bright in the glass — the colour of a south-facing valley in full sun. On the nose, white flowers reveal themselves gradually with the unhurried elegance of Viognier at its most expressive — delicate, persistent and completely inviting. On the palate, white fruit with the rounded, creamy texture that malolactic fermentation and Roussanne's natural structure give to a wine of this balance and completeness. The finish is long, soft and satisfying. Best enjoyed well chilled as an aperitif, with shrimp, gratin mussels or sheep's cheese. Serve at 10°C.
