The best of Rutherglen in one glass. This unique blend brings together our Premium Tawny, Muscat and Topaque in a seamless fortified style. Perfect for those who like it all (or can't decide!) The complexity and subtle oak of the Tawny is beautifully rounded out by the lusciousness and sweetness of Muscat and Topaque, creating a richly layered fortified brimming with sweet cherry, raspberry and honeycomb, with a floral lift and a smooth, sweet depth that lingers on the finish. The Winemakers Master Blend is part of our premium range, with an average age of 3–4 years. Our Standard fortified is approximately 2 to 3 years old, fresh and versatile. It is a great starting point for a new barrel, or for adding a lift of bright, youthful flavour. Premium is approximately 3 to 4 years old and offers a little more depth. It suits those who love a drink now style, or anyone wanting a head start on building a more mature blend. Deluxe is approximately 4 to 5 years old and is the most developed option in our core range. It is ideal for brand new barrels, or for quickly adding extra age, richness, and complexity. Our Specialty Blends are designed for customers who want to go further. They are for very established barrels, or for blends that have outgrown the Standard, Premium, and Deluxe range and need older, more distinctive material to keep evolving. These include parcels of varying ages and styles, as well as occasional single variety offerings to add interest, structure, and new life to your blend. If you are unsure what your barrel needs, we recommend booking a blending consultation with our winemaker, either in person at the winery or online via Zoom.
