The Sealer Sales LGYF-2000AX-II is a table-style continuous induction cap sealer that bonds aluminum-laminated foil liners to the tops of plastic containers to create a tamper-evident, hermetic seal. Induction sealing is a non-contact process: the induction coil heats the foil liner, the heat transfers to the heat-seal film, the film melts and adheres to the cap and bottle rim. The result is an air-tight bond that preserves freshness, deters pilferage, and prevents leakage. The AX-II is sized for the table footprint and pairs with an existing production conveyor for capsulated bottles, jars, and rigid containers up to 200 mm diameter.Non-Contact Heating for Tamper-Proof Hermetic SealInduction sealing pulses energy into the foil liner without touching the cap, the bottle, or the operator. The heat-seal film between the foil and the cap melts and bonds the foil to the bottle rim, leaving a tamper-evident closure that cannot be reapplied if removed.
