Pulse arc welding is the perfect solution for intricate and minute welding applications on precious and non-precious metals. For example: Workpiece Assembly Extending a Prong Adding Fill Materials for Repair Joining Two Ends Together UPGRADED ADL DETAILS The auto darkening lens (ADL) allows the user to weld without the need of magnification. This is particularly useful for when you are welding larger items. The unit is adjustable to allow a comfortable working position for the operator. It also has built in LED's to keep your working area bright and clear when welding. When in use, the welder darkens as the weld takes place, protecting the operators eyes from the spark generated from the welder. After the weld, the screen goes back to normal. It can be used with all of our Orion welders as long as it has an RJ45 fitting. Some older Orion models feature a HDMI fitting which is not compatible.
