You'll cycle through the narrow alleyways of Chinatown and out into the open expanse of Thonburi to discover the history and culture of this amazing city. Then, venturing across the Chao Phraya River by ferry, you'll have time to soak up the city's famous skyline. Starting in the heart of Chinatown, your bike ride explores this famously frenetic district. We'll pass by shops and stalls selling everything from Buddhist amulets to recycled truck engines. Spot locals worshiping at hidden temples, ritual paper burnings and evidence of a culture centuries in the making. Then, crossing the Chao Phraya River with views of the city behind you, you'll find yourself in among the peaceful neighbourhood of Thonburi, the historic former capital of Thailand. In contrast to chaotic Chinatown, you'll witness peaceful elements of local Thai life as you pedal through different local communities.
