Warm oil massages, gentle yoga, meditation, and long walks through the Black Forest — this retreat is designed to give you space to slow down and feel well looked after. Simple, nourishing, and unhurried. Your Retreat Available as a 3-Day or 5-Day Retreat Each retreat includes: Daily personalized Ayurvedic treatments One personal Ayurveda consultation (30 minutes, online or in person) Treatments are chosen day by day according to how you're feeling — there's no fixed programme to follow. The focus is on releasing tension and restoring a sense of ease at whatever pace suits you. A Gentle Daily Rhythm 6:30 am – Morning Sadhana* or Gentle Yoga 8:15 am – Breakfast Morning – Ayurvedic treatments, relaxation, nature walks 12:30 pm – Midday Meditation 1:00 pm – Lunch Afternoon – Ayurvedic treatments, Yoga Nidra, free time 6:00 pm – Dinner 7:00 pm – Guru Puja and Mantra Singing (optional) *Guests who have completed an Art of Living Course are welcome to join the Morning Sadhana with the center.
