In 2025 I've visited the Guardia family at their farm and was deeply impressed by their practices and size of the farm. What makes HACIENDA SONORA stand out isn’t just the coffee. This year’s lot once again features the Villa Sarchi variety — a natural mutation of the Bourbon coffee plant, originally discovered in the village of Sarchi, Costa Rica.
