One level scoop measures approximately 2g — the standard amount for usucha (thin tea). For koicha or a matcha latte, use two level scoops (approximately 4g). The capacity is up to 2 tablespoons (30ml) total. Is it suitable for matcha powder specifically? Yes — it works beautifully with fine powders like matcha.
