Spa Foods Banana Cashew Spring Roll

These spring rolls are made with a special wrap (banh phong) from Vietnam's southwestern region. The wrap is made from glutinous rice, which is soaked overnight in water, steamed, finely ground, and hand rolled to create thin, round vice paper sheets. Ripe banana and cashew nuts are sliced into small pieces and gently simmered with coconut juice until a perfectly blended mixture is formed.
