Reared on pasture it's entire life, this beef is exactly what we look for in our suppliers - grass fed and finished, sustainably sourced and picture perfect, as good as it gets! Aged for 50 days, this beast is absolutely spot on! Expect a fantastic depth of flavour from the cross breed combination and a wonderful texture from our EPIC ageing facilities.
