This set brings together both expressions of Geisha from Finca Lusitania, a variety renowned for its elegance and complexity, grown in the mountains of Colombia. In the cup Both coffees share an identity defined by notes of bergamot, lemongrass and jasmine, characteristics that have made Geisha one of the world's most celebrated coffee varieties. On one side, the Honey process offers a sweeter and rounder expression, with a silky texture and a delicate presentation of these attributes. On the other, the Washed Thermal Shock amplifies those characteristics, enhancing the floral and citrus-driven nature of the variety and delivering a more vibrant and defined cup.
