System was throughly cleaned, sanitized, and tested. All modules are configured in DASWare, and function properly. Modules were tested for all functions, ie: pumps, measurement, agitation, gassing, temp. pH sensors are new, direct from Hamilton. OD sensors are used, 8/8 were tested to be operating properly. DO sensors are used, 5/8 Sensors were tested and gave results within the expected range. 3/8 DO sensors are waiting on replacement membrane kits and electrolyte that has been ordered from Hamilton. Temp sensors are operating properly. Vessels were disassembled, inspected, sanitized, and shaft bearings & o-rings were replaced where necessary. Module connections will come with labels on I/O ports and cables to help facilitate wiring for simple installation. v6 Win 10 Process PC has DASWare Control 6.2 configured for an 8-fold DASbox system. Setup process, including initial calibration procedure is detailed in the manuals. DASWare software ais also configured to use overlay gassing, and additional MP8 pumps if desired to be added to the system at a later date.
