These ones are made with kham aalu (Greater Yam) mixed into the kolai dal batter to have a light and airy dried vegetable lentil dumpling. about our bori Bori (the loose translation: dried lentil dumplings does not do justice) is as traditional as it gets. Made from soaked, pounded, shaped, dropped and dried kolai dal, these are labours of love and of good leisure. flavour vegetal aroma earthy appearance they have quite an uneven surface and a deep beige colour storage keep it away from moisture and in an air-tight jar what you can cook with it Bori is quite versatile and can be added to most savoury dishes. They just need to be lightly fried before being softly crushed to be sprinkled on top of dishes. They are quite delectable simply fried and can be had just like that.
