Sidelock Side by Side Double Rifle 30825

Completed in 2014 to mark our bicentenary, this rifle has been finely engraved with large-scrollwork by G. S. Pedretti and has a silver finish. The lockplates show a Red Stag on the right, and a wild Boar on the left, both in typical scenery. The makers names, serial numbers and ‘Safe’ are all inlaid in gold, with a custom engraved grip-cap. The bolstered action with a 3rd Grip and side-clips. The manual safety-slide with bolted safety, and the spring-bladed front trigger with beaded-edge trigger guard. The highly-figured stock has a cheek-piece and is fitted with a black leather-covered recoil pad. The barrels have a fixed iron sight for 50 yards, and a folding sight for 100 yards. The ramp-mounted bead foresight has a slip-off front shroud.
