This is a 'go to' pan and extremely robust. This is a proper vintage French copper pan that has had some use and wear now it is in wonderful near new condition. Bill Cox has given this beautiful pan new tin, and a new shine. There is a minor edge dent and some signs of age and use. The truth is they just don't make these any more. This is 2 mm copper and weighs 2.74 kilos around 6lbs 0.9 ozs and measures 28 cm 11 inches in diameter and is 8 cm high which 3 1/8 inches. It is 53 cm or 20 3/4 from handle to edge.
