Local Blooms Floral 101 Arranging Workshop - Summer Edition July and August the peak of cut flower season in Kansas City. In this workshop you will learn to design a floral arrangement exclusively using locally grown seasonal blooms. Think Zinnias, ruffly lisianthus, sunflowers, the start of celosia and other fun blooms. This class is suitable for beginners or seasoned flower enthusiasts! We will talk about what flowers are in season, flower care, cutting flowers at the correct flowering stage from your own garden, and basic foundational floral arranging principals. Every participant will have a beautiful curated collection of flowers to create their own arrangement in a beautiful vase. Snips and supplies will be provided. Shop the store!
