About Dehmie: Dehmie Dehmlow is a Philadelphia-based ceramic artist whose practice spans ceramics, sculpture, textiles, and mixed media — telling stories through layers of texture, colour, and text. She has been teaching ceramics and sculpture since 2019 and holds an MFA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her training includes residencies at Anderson Ranch Arts Center, Watershed Center for Ceramic Arts, PrattMunson, and Lawrence Arts Center. She is currently a resident artist and instructor at The Clay Studio in Philadelphia. Her work is shown and sold in galleries across the US.
