Class Details 90 Hour approved Indiana Department of Licensing course September 28th – November 19th Classes held: Mon, Wed, Thu Time: 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm Location: 1650 South Bend Ave, Ste 100-A, South Bend, IN 46617 License Requirements Must be at least 18 years old You must have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED) Choose a pre-license school that fits your needs Successfully complete 90 hours of an approved pre-license course Successfully pass the Northern Indiana Real Estate Broker Exam (must be completed within one year of passing the pre-license course)
