Unlike conventional reduction boxes, the Helix IL was developed specifically for the thermal and lubrication demands of modern high-speed electric motors. Every unit features an integrated oil pump and external oil cooler system to maintain stable operating temperatures during sustained high-RPM use. The Helix IL has been tested with motor input speeds up to 13,000 RPM, validating the gearbox’s ability to operate in extreme-speed EV environments where conventional driveline components struggle to survive. The inline architecture makes the Helix IL an ideal solution for ICE-to-EV conversions, allowing builders to retain traditional driveline layouts while integrating modern high-speed electric motors into existing vehicle platforms.
