Heart-Shaped Box Necklace

The Heart-Shaped Box Necklace is a stainless steel heart pendant detailed with roses and barbed wire stems, continuing the rose motif seen throughout the LO2E collection. The front of the pendant features raised floral detailing framed by a beaded heart border. On the back, the pendant is engraved with “Forever indebted to your priceless advice,” a lyric from Nirvana’s Heart-Shaped Box. Finished with a custom bail designed to match the detailing around the edge of the pendant. Available in two adjustable lengths: 14–16" and 18–20".
