New Theory (previously Nouveau) is the brainchild of Thom and Charles Bradley who set the project up to work with South African winemakers to choose the best fruit possible and produce fresh expressions of low–intervention wine. For them, it's all about craft with all the pairs wines being small-batch, so they can continue to experiment and make interesting juice.
