We took our favorite closet staple (an oversized button-down blouse) and fine-tuned every detail. A structured sailor collar with a split panel in back so it lays perfectly flat, wrapped keyhole buttons, and sweetly smocked cuffs for a billowy sleeve. It's feminine and, in true Block Shop fashion, incredibly easy to style.
