Branched Umbrella Tree

This umbrella plant has large glossy green leaves. As a natural air freshener and detoxifier, they make a health conscious addition to the home. The Schefflera originates from Australia and New Zealand. The 'Amate' has the largest leaves of all Schefflera varieties. Best space & place Amate is a very tolerant plant and can handle direct sun through to partial shade. When to water & feed Schefflera need less water than other houseplants, so allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Watering every 1-2 weeks is sufficient. Need to know They are very tough and forgiving plants, but will suffer if consistently given too much water, too regularly.
