cFluor^® V515 Anti-Human CD72 (3F3)

The mouse monoclonal antibody clone 3F3 binds to human CD72, a 45 kDa type II transmembrane C-type lectin-like receptor expressed predominantly on B cells, from early precursor stages through mature B-cell subsets, as well as on some basophils and mast cells. CD72 modulates B-cell receptor signaling through association with SHP-1 via its ITIM motif, serving as a negative regulatory coreceptor. Clone 3F3 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD72 and is suitable for identifying B-lineage populations and evaluating maturation or regulatory status in multiparameter flow cytometry panels. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 μL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 μL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 μL per 100 μL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. Please briefly centrifuge the reagent vial before use.
